what HP is a 430 diesel rated at,I tought it was around 40-45, am I right or wrong .THANKS

Much as I would like to have one, I would expect a 430 diesel to be quite underpowered, but I suppose it all depends on what you're using it for. They are a VERY nice tractor; nimble and extremely economical to operate. We have a 570 gas, which is basicly the same as a 530. (Same physical demensions as a 430). We love the little tractor, but if it had another ten horsepower we'd love it even more.

rated 34 horsepower...same engine produced 45-50 hp in 530,630 tractors by turning pump up.
