I should have reread you post a bit earlier! I used an extra line and injector to test the pump. No fuel out of injector for #1, hence not fire in that cylinder. Sprayed out nicely from another cylinder... yes I was very careful about doing this since they pop off at about 3000 psi! Anyways, I dedcided to tear into the pump on the bench to see if I could fix. Found a bad copper seal for the #6 on that pump which was the dead one. Tore into the next outlet and it was a good seal and replaced in #1 on tractor. I had fire! #4 was not as hot as rest so I tore into it and it was on the verge of going south so I replaced it and all is smooth and good. The ole 1270 runs really strong with the pump from the 1370. Gonna have to get a pyro for it. After fixing the thing it hit me you posted about a copper seal and you were right on the money! So, can a guy buy just those seals? None of my 12 are in new shape and would like to have new ones put in since it only takes 10 mins total for all 6. Thanks for the advice. Hope others read the post and can fix theirs too!

Sent another post an it didnt postbut any Bosch service should be able to fix you up with copper washers an a o ring that comes in set. Also ask if they have any survice bulletins or any info on workings of those pumps. Seems inside stuff is top secret cause i sure cant find anything on internet.
