I hope this is not too redundant, but does anyone know if the items on Gary's auction are going to be sold in numerical order or by make and model? Anyone know what days for what items?

I have a friend who used to work at the dept of revenue, his comment is that it is obvious someone has purchased the personal property to resale, otherwise by Ne law the first auction would be sales tax exempt, you tell me

Rumors here at Sidney is Kruse bought everything including bldg. and land from Mrs. Phillips and is now selling his own property. Kruse is still advertising as "Gary Phillips Est. auction" If Kruse did buy it , could it still be billed as a Est. auction? If anyone other than Kruse buy it could it still be billed as a Est. auction? Should they not state. "This is property that was previously Gary Phillips Est." Is there any Law that would be broken? Is there a truth in advertising Law?
