3 5/8 sleeves for a VAC?

I'm looking for some sleeves that I can make work in a CASE VAC block that are 3 5/8" bore. They need to be close to 7 1/4" long with o-rings on the sleeve that are 1" from the bottom. Does anyone know of something that will work?

HI JIM, WHAT MEL SAID IS WHAT I DID TO MY VAC, SC SLEEVES AND PISTONS MACHINED THE OUTSIDE OF THE SLEEVE TO FIT WORKS WELL, GOT 30 HP TOM

Jim, have you considered a SC sleeve, I would look at them, the outside diameter can be changed easily on a lathe and O rings can be placed where you need them, thats how I get 2290 sleeves in a DC block, boring and sleeve turning. My sleeves are .133 thick after turning. mEl
