Guys, I have been too busy to write much lately, but most of you know I run a Christian Mission organization that takes care of 3800 orphans and widows in Cambodia. One of our main means of support is a "Tractor Factory"

Link

I need a volunteer who could come and teach the boys about "Maintenance", "Shop management" and any bit"s of wisdom on the "30" series of tractors. We can provide transportation & lodging. It takes a couple about $1000 per month to live pretty well over here. If you are interested the email is open.

Very interesting pictures. Why the doser blades? Do you mainly work with the 930"s and the smaller units? Its nice to see some of the work (tractors and people) you"re doing. The ministry is teaching them to fish! Hopefully a couple retired mechanics can/will step up and say yes. (I"m not in a position/season to do major mission work right now...).
