Did J.I.Case make a mounted moldboard plow for the VAC before Eagle Hitch was introduced in the early '50s?

My dad had 2 Vac Cases on our farm. He had all the Case implements that worked on the Pre-eagle hitch tractor. 2 bottom plow, lifted by the front to rear rock shafts, front mounted cultivators that the rock shaft also operated. It had a little side mount hydraulic unit that worked the shafts by a cross over yoke. He had a Case mower that he used on the older unit. All of this equipment came with the 2nd VAC he bought, for the equipment only, and it had the Eagle hitch. We only used it for raking hay. It had a rebuilt motor and better tires. Dad liked the first one for some reason. He sold all of the equipment and tractors when he left the farm, for $500.00 in 1973. In the late 60's we went to a tractor junk yard to get a replacement PTO & cover. The fellow was using a VAC for his yard tractor, it ran fine, we saw it, he said give me $25.00 for the cover or the whole tractor. Dad didn't want another one sitting so he took the part only. I bought a farm to retire on and started pricing tractors, I was a little shocked at what I saw VAC's bringing. No one used to want them. Ours did everything we needed done, I remember they were light in the front end with a load going up hill and if the gas tank was low you'd better back up the hill. I ended up with a new tractor and bucket and a JD 3020, but when the right little VAC comes along I'll get it for old times sake.

Yup. They had a bail lift type that worked off the rockshaft for the cultivators. I have a 2 way on my VAC. Good luck finding points.
