Hello, I bought a 3 cylinder David Brown motor from an Amish man who had pulled it from a tractor to turn it into a power unit. His church doesn't allow tractors. He then decided it was to heavy. Anyway, I hated to see it go to a scrap yard later on if no one paid his price he as asking so I bit the bullet and bought it. I'm actually an Oliver guy but thought it would help someone out. Is there any interest in these motors? I can list it in the classifieds if you think someone might be interested. I had some guys who wanted it for a power unit since it was diesel but I thought I would give the tractor guys a chance first.

There was a post several down from a guy with a 990 having engine issues. Don't know if it's the one he needs, but I'll bet he'd be interested.

I am located about 45 miles south of Canton, Ohio. I travel some so I may be passing by if someone would be interested. I'm not sure how to unlock my email but it is [email protected]

I'll get the numbers off tonight and try to look up which engine it is. Does anyone know of any good sites that would have David Brown numbers to look at? I'll post the numbers here and see if anyone is good with David Browns.
