I just purchased a 1957 Case 411B ,gas . The carb is filthy and floods when engine is not running. When running it runs very rich and won"t adjust .. There are no tags to identify the carb model .I want to buy a new or rebuilt but don"t know which one to buy. ( it is a Case -O Matic , if this helps )

Look on the end of the throttle butter fly shaft there is a round cap rivited on the end if this is a marvel/schebler carb . This the tag, it is most likley a TSX 749.

Denny's is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. DO NOT SENT THEM ANYTHING. You will be sorry.

Sorry to hear that. I haven't started the old girl up yet with the newly rebuilt carb due to other work not being finished, but it looks and feels like a brand new carb via throttle butterfly and choke operation. Other guys in my Antique Engine and Tractor club here highly recommended them. I would like to hear more on your experience to learn what I may have in store ahead, especially since they warranty their work.

Not disputing your claim, just curious about such a strong comment.

I think you can find that carb right here on the web site. Use the left side of screen the carb you are needing. As for the dash. There is a man whose name is Roger. I will see about finding his email for you. He rebuilds many dashs and something has other info you can use.

[email protected] -IS the man to email on dash. Like I said. You might ask him about other things. I have found him to be wise on several things.

411B factory gas carb can be either Marvel-Schebler TSX-749 or Zenith 62AJ10-Outline 12329.

There is a place in Maine that I used that rebuilds carbs so they look brand new. It is called Mainely Magnetos (but they also do carbs). The price for mine was quite reasonable and turn around was quick. Just an idea.
