Like the other post, everything I can make out in you pixs appears to be 311B with the wrong decals. On top of the hood on the 311B in the back there is a bolted wrap cover for battery removal, in the center of that cover is a 6x8" lift off cover for the battery terminal & cell cap access. In the top center of the hood is a 6x11-1/2" lift off cover for gas & oil fill. The grill cap on the '58 has a small (6x6"???)lift of cover over the radiator fill cap. The '59 grill cap has a formed hole that the radiator fill cap protrudes up through, no cover. The 311B has a 148 cid engine. Stamped vertically into the block above the starter on a milled surface you should find the engine serial nr. If original factory 311B engine a typical s/n will be 180R + 5 digits. Below the dipstick is block casting # G1000. I am not all that familiar with the 530 but the gas engine is larger, probably 159 cid?, the engine casting nr & s/n will not be anything like the above.
