This message is a reply to an archived post by BEWILDERED on September 08, 2007 I'm just trying to get some good info on the 1835C skid steer archived. Thanks! Peter Did you ever find a TM20 or TMD20 to swap in? If not you should keep on looking. Check out my webpage for a few ideas. Contact Murray at Wisconsin Motors Canada, they often have rebuilt, used or NOS Continental engines for sale. If you decide to swap something else in, you should part out the Continental engine that you have. I'm sure it is trashed, but some of it is worth money. I don't think an engine swap would be that hard. I would just measure the space you have. You could have a machine shop make up an adapter plate that would bolt onto the flywheel of whatever engine you are going to use, that would bolt to the CV joint that goes to the pumps. The only goofy thing would be crafting a way to drive the pump the pump that is on the crankshaft pulley. Here is a link to a Kubota for about 4G Link
