Was just wondering if Case ever made any promotional films or movies on tractors and equipment. I would like to see some especially on the 730 830 etc. of the 1960s. Has anyone ever heard of there being any?

Is there anywhere a person can purchase any of these types of movies? We had an 830 and I miss it.

I remember seeing one at a dealer open house/BBQ for customers back in the mid 50s. I was real small then but still remember it. It was when the round nose models we coming out. They had real tractor pulls in this one. Case and equivalent model Farmall, JD, Alis, etc. were hooked one by one drawbar to drawbar with the Cases and the Case walked away with everyone of them red, green and orange clawing for all they were worth but could not match the Case for power and traction.

I vaguely remember watching one about the Case-O-Matic transmission for the 800 or 830 series. This was at the dealership. Would have probably been in the mid "60"s

Massey Ferguson 35 (and up) Tractor Assembly Notes - by Jack Wetmore. These assembly notes are for Massey Ferguson tractors with a two stage clutch and 6 speed, 8 speed and mutli-power transmissions. I see a lot of discussion forum messages regarding damaged clutches from improper assembly. The objective is to have the engine and transmission slide together safely and easily until the gap between the two halves is less than 1/4", BEFORE tightening any of the bolts holding the two together. Using bolts to draw the two halves together will damage the PTO
