Does anyone out there have a SC clutch adjusting tool they would like to get rid of or can provide me with the demensions/specifications for same? I'm a pretty good blacksmith w/a fully equipped shop and could probably make one, and maybe a few to spare.

As per the I-T manual. (With a piece of 1/4 or 5/16 inch diameter rod which is bent to form a 110 degree angle, depress the lock pin)) That is word for word from the manual.

But what about the PTO adj. end? It seems to be in the shape of a fork, but I need to know is the fork in line with the rest of the tool, or is it an angle?

For the PTO Clutch Pack just take larger Flat Blade screw driver and file a "V" notch in the blade...Works great on my DC

Again all I can go by is the manual and it doesn't say any thing about a special tool to do it

Guys ,, You will need a different variation of tool for different tractors , All can be hand made ,,Remember,.., NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION ,. A forked tool is commonly used on 30 series and hundred series PTO clutches with pull out pins also on hand clutches of the early DC and sc ,,,However if Your Dc or sc has live power ,,build year 52 thru 54 ,It WILL HAVE A BUTTON TO DEPRESS ,., And it is not the simplest method to figure out if you never done this Before .. It will require a lot of rooting and patience just to find the proper location to adjust ,,a bent rod is what you will need for the DC and sc with live power ,,. Good luck , Jim
