I have 1991 580K backhoe the tach and hourmeter quit working is there a fuse or what should I look for?

Check the instrument panel fuses there could be one blown, the tach and hourmeter get their signal from the alternator, make sure no wires are unplugged from the back of the alternator. Test the output voltage from the alternator to see if it is working properly. There is a voltage needed to work the tach but I don't have that info at home here.
