The only time the loader works right is when the clutch is disengaged then the loader works good and the 3 point works good also.Setting out hay the 3 point won;t lift a big round bale good till you push in the clutch. Thanks

Rodney Itsounds like there is a massive oil leak in the C1 clutch of the powershift. I have a 2290 that had similar problems last summer the hydraulics and remotes would not work unless the clutch (inching pedal)wsa pushed in even though the tractor would shift and pull good when using it. You can test this by starting the tractor and putting the 4 speed manual part of the trans in neutral. With the powershift in 1 try the loader it should not work then shift to powershift 2 and try the loader again it still should not work, then shift to powershift 3 if the problem is in C1 clutch pack alone the loader 3 point should work. The problem I found in my 2290 was the oil distribution tube to C1 clutch was split allowing oil to leak. It could also be the C1 piston seals leaking or maybe a broken or cracked piston carrier ect. This is assuming that the 90 series and the 70 series are similar. Hope this helps and have a safe and happy New Year.

I tried it in p shift 1 then 2 then 3 the loader might have lifted a little better in 3 but not much, but lifts great with the inch clutch down in any of them. Any other suggestion would be help full. Thanks again Rodney
