We have a new addition to our tractor shed.
It is the only propane tractor we own so we need some advice on what we need to invest in to fuel the 741 for light use. The tractor runs but needs some TLC and it will soon need fuel.
Thanks
CNESLER

I have a hundred pound propane bottle that I take and get filled. I had hoses made up to fill small bottles and my PU before I sold it. I just hang the bottle from a pole using rope blocks, and then just be patient. At my supplier if I know what my tank holds, they will fill it by volume like a vehicle instead of by weight. For me the propane is cheaper that way.

I also have my propane supplier fuel my up when he's here. He drives by all the time so all I have to do is leave him a message. If you will be using it a lot and you have a propane tank for home use you can get a hose to fill it off your tank. Good proane supplier should be able to supply valves, regulator kits ,filters, to service your needs.
