Just in case anybody stumbles over an old Case L or Case L engine, or pile of parts, I'm still trying to get hold of the flat belt waterpump pulleys (both top and bottom) to push my 1930 L back to old inefficient cooling like it was born with. Also, there was a flange around the waterpump base, where it goes up against he block, which I'd like to find too. I know this is crazy, but I just got hold of the two cast gismos which hold on the scrapers for between the rows of lugs on the steel rear wheels, so maybe I'll find the pump stuff too. Then, how about any parts of the summer canopy???

Happy Holidays, Steve in Delaware

My 29 L has the mounts for the scrapers, but I have yet to see even a picture of the actual scrapers.

If you send me an e-mail address, I can send you a blowup of a page in one of the early Case sales brochures which shows an L with the scrapers on it. There are also drawings of the parts in parts books for the L.

What about the flat belt waterpump pulleys? Any idea of where I could look for those? Have you ever seen an actual Case L summer canopy? I've seen nice attempts at them, but no originals.

I have yet to see one anywhere with a canopy, but have seen one twice with an original factory cab. I have lots of pictures of it inside and out.

I have seen just a couple of Cases with the flat belts still on them, pretty rare these days.
