Have a 930 with 8 speed, 3 pt, pto, and hydraulics. I have a constant and pretty significant leak on the right rockshaft arm where it comes out of the housing. What and how do I need to do to fix?

I think there is a bolt in the center of the end of the rockshaft that retains a washer over the end of the shaft. Take the bolt and washer out and remove the rockshaft arm. Put the arm back on the shaft in its original position.

My 930 had the same problem. Remove the rockshaft arm and their is a grease seal on the end of the shaft. I replaced it and fixed my problem. Fairly easy to fix. I thought the rockshaft bushings would be worn, but they were fine. Look at the Case-IH parts webpage for schematics.

Thanks, what's involved in removing the rockshaft arm? How does it come off?
