We tried bleeding the brakes but we never get any pressure when pumping the brake pedals. I filled both master brake cylinders and nothing seems to happen. Is there some sort of trick to this??

Thanks for your time

Are you sure you have a 580CK. They had mechanical brakes... no hydraulics.

Yours must be a different model ?

But, hydraulic brake master cylinders have a check-valve built into the piston assembly to permit draw-in of fluid from the reservoir on the upstroke of the pedal and then retain that fluid ahead of the piston to by pushed downstream to apply the wheel cylinder(s)....

I'd suggest that the master cylinder needs rebuilt which, of course, includes a new piston assembly in the rebuild kit.

You are probably right! I meant the CK as Construction King. It is a 580 C Construction King. Thanks for your info. I will check the master cylinders out.
