Hi,
Can anyone help with some advice?
We have a red UK spec Case 1394 with a Sekura cab. It has a front mounted hydraulic pump. The external hydraulics work fine for lifting a baler tailgate or tipping a trailer but we have no 3 point linkage operation. I understand that there might be a selector valve fitted to combine and seperate the services. Can anyone tell me where I should look for the control. We have the IT manual which is supposed to cover this tractor but it seems to be directed more at the preceding white models without cabs. If the answer is not the selector valve, can anyone suggest any other possible causes for our problem?
Thanks in advance.
DavidP

4 way selector valve is on your left, needs to be in "L" or "L1".

Check that the Dump valve lever on you right is not in "Dump".

Check that the lift latch is not engaged.

Check/clean the By-pass and Hold valves which should be described in the IT book.

The hydraulic linkage should work weather the Selectamatic valve on your right is in either Depth or Height, there is no T.C.U on your tractor.

The selector valve should be under the remote (auxiliary) valve stack. You should be able to see the two lines from the hydraulic pump run up the back side of the axle housing and into the back of it. If you have a cab you may have a link or cable that runs to it from somewhere in the cab.
