Having problems with 3294 3 speed powershift, replaced relay board, checked pressure swithes and solinoids...have 3 cluches coming on at once. Detect hyd flow loss when C-2 and C-3 are engaged with flow rator. Suspect broken piston or manifold rings.

Sounds like it could be mechanical...probably going to have to split it and see what is wrong. I think those are easier to split than the 70 series due to Case designing things so that it can be worked on a little easier.

Not totally familiar with the newer 94 series Power Shift units other than they are electronic over-hydraulic control, where the 70 series are mechanicial-hydraulic.

Can offer this: I had a similar loss of hydraulic pressure on our 2470, which caused the C2 and/or C3 to engage slowly or sometimes not-at-all. Problem was: the 6 bolts had broken which attach the 3 hubs (the C2, Piston(s) carrier & C3) to each other, on the output shaft. When the bolts break the snap-rings on either end of the stack still hold the hubs kinda' together but the oil flow path is opened somewhat which bleeds-off pressure.
I've learned that this is not an uncommon problem with the Power Shift tranny. Requires full tear-down to repair, which also requires engine removal. Parts cost for rebuild was over $430, doing my own labor. Most of the cost was a seal-kit for all the clutches and those way over-priced mandatory gaskets.

Good Luck
