I got a replacement radiator, but it did not include a gasket. I was wondering if a high temp silicon would be good enough.

Also, anyone that has a good bottom radiator pan for sale? Mine has a small crack in the bottom from freeze damage.

Thanks

-Dave

We stock the gaskets. We expect to have a batch of new tanks sometime in October.

I have a DC with holes in the radiator. Did some JB Weld on them. Holding for now. I was wondering where you found your replacemant. Just the core or the whole front cast iron part?It is quite heavy isnt it?

No silicon in the radiator. Any small bead that pushes in while tightening will break off and plug the core. Any good radiator shop will sell you a strip of gasket material to make them. They will tell you how to make the corners. Drop an old big speaker magnet in the top tank to catch all the rust before it gets to the core.
