I have seen one, so I know they make brackets for it. Didn't seem to have any clearance problems. The only thing I didn't care for would be the non-live PTO on the earlier models.

The chain drive rear end is kinda low in the center for a belly mount mower. I am sure it would work fine if you can get it to fit to your satisfaction.
