I purchased a case LA on ebay,from a guy in texas ,and the head was supposed to be a LP head,I need some help if anyone could help me,and tell me how i can verify it really is a high compression head. He sold me a bill of goods on the rest of the tractor,and i would like to at least know that one thing he fed me is true.thank you in advance for your help.

If the head casting # starts with 4, std compresion, 5 is high compression, 6 is a LP head [highest comp]. Don L.
