Why are the sway blocks for a late 730/830 so hard to find and so expensive to buy?
Also I've heard someone is making reproductions.
Is there that much demand for them?

Are these the same as on a 1030?

They don't grow any better if you run over them with a bushog before planting either. I have tried. It does make a real funny sound though.

I just got a pair for my Case 830 this spring from John Saeli for a reasonable price. The biggest cost is in getting them shipped, I believe the Case IH dealers still sell them also. The problem is the ears will break off or the pins fall out, and then they fall off. Most of the ones I had found in the junk yards have the ears broke off. Also a lot of people will take them off to get more movement in the lift arms, then misplace them. Hope that helps, Merwin

I saw repo's on ebay for about 50 a side. Yes they are hard to grow very poor germination on them.

I believe I saw them listed in a Valu_Bilt catalog pretty reasonably priced.

From my experience, the pins come out and they are lost in the field. Since germination is quite poor all the salvaged ones are gone.
