Changing the cracked head on a Case 500 diesel. The heads I have on the tractor are 6320A. The replacement head is an A6320A. The head takes a different gasket and bolts right on. My problem is the A6320A came without power cells. I thought I could get by with the ones from the cracked head, but it looks like they are different. The parts book shows them to be the same, but they are different. It looks like the A6320A has a pin sticking up for the power cell to slide over, plus it looks like the edge of the cell is tapered, where the original 6320A is flat. Does anyone know for sure if there is a difference. I didn't realize until I had the head on and started the tractor up. The new head is missing bad and making the tractor smoke due to poorly burned fuel. I checked it with a heat gun and the exhaust is not getting hot like the others. Can anyone help me here. With the tractor all together, I'm between a rock and a hard place. Thanks-Bob

Part book just came in. I see there is a third piece called the body that goes in first over the pin, then the cup, and then the nut. Makes a difference to have the parts book. Bob
