Was using my 300 to mow hay today. Went to disengage the hand clutch and something broke inside. The lever is no longer conected to anything inside the trasmission, and the lever will slide out of the case about four or five inches, but not come out all the way.

I quessing I sheared the pin that holds it to the throwout yoke. The woodruff key is keeping it from coming all the way out of the case. Will I be able to fix this from the top of the triple range gear box, or will it have to be split.

On the bright side it broke while engaged, and the seal around the lever was leaking anyway.
