830 3pt keeps raising

I noticed last year that when moving bale hay some distance that 3 point would raise, control lever would creap up expecially at highter rpms.
I adjusted stop to keep it from raising too high.
I was baling hay over weekend, would move control lever all the way down, soon it would be all the way up.
I have the draft control set all the way to the right.

You might try tightening the pivot bolt for the three point lift lever.
