Is your 580 a 580CK (Construction King)? Is so, it sounds like you have a manual clutch with mechanical shuttle (reverser)... not a power shuttle which uses a torque converter. The reason I say that is because the manual clutch has just such a "weep hole" where as the power shuttle has no such hole as the case is sealed and filled with hydraulic fluid for the converter and power shuttle. Oil that leaks from this weep hole can be either engine oil from the rear main seal leaking or tranny oil from the mechanical shuttle input shaft seal leaking. The weep hole is open to the oil-dry clutch chamber.
