We had a 67 830 with COM. Put an M&W Turbo on it and it dynoed 103hp. I liked it as well as any tractor Dad ever had. Had the strongest hydraulics I"ve ever seen. Dad was helping the school remove a bus body from the chassis one time. They had a 3010 John Deere and a Ford Backhoe on one side and Dad"s 830 on the other side. All of our Case"s have had good hydraulics, but that one was exceptional for some reason. Dad sold it to a good friend about 10 miles away. I"ve tried several times to buy it back with no luck.

Carried it through to the bitter end of the 30 series.

Made from 1965-1969. Very last ones had bigger axles and spin on fuel filters. They were rated at around 65hp.

Well, I have one. It's not exactly a beauty queen, but it does a day's work. From what I understand, they were made from 1965 to 1971(?) Made in several varieties -- GP, Wheatland and Western Special, though I don't know the exact differences between them. It's a great "little" tractor.
