case 1840 has no power on right side wheels barely moves forward or backwards but the left side steering works fine, i replaced the drive motor on right side and still the same

Make sure your linkage is traveling all the way. There are four caps on that pump that should match- they're in the top, towards the center. There'll be a relief valve under each one. You can swap those between the front and rear section and see if the problem moves to the other side, or see if a spring is broke.

Chances are, though, that one end of your tandem pump is shot. Lots of times when one end of the pump goes out, it'll take out the motor, too.

If your linkage is connected and adjusted , you can have several things that can cause the problem. The 1845's have a "selector valve" for each drive pump that you turn 90� to tow the machine. Maybe you have these on the 1840. Look for a jam nut with a stem sticking out of the top with a flat side on it. They should be turned the same direction. You could have a "charge circuit check valve" stuck open and the oil will flow around the drive pump.
