when u crank the 4890 the 3pt lifts all the way up, the handle moves back and forth with no resistence, and the 3pt does not respond. it stays up all the time, all the wires seem to be conncted in the cab. any suggestions?

There are 3 terminals on hitch valve solenoid, lower,raise,grnd. There should be no voltage at any terminal.System works on 7 to 9v. Either voltage is sent to solenoid inadvertently all the time, or valve is stuck.
