can anyone tell me where i can buy rings and bearings for a 1967 case 580 backhoe. I dont want to go with sleves and pistons just rings bearings and gaskets. this is a gas engine. its old and i dont want to spend alot thanks Joe T.

Nearly any automotive parts store will have a listing for the parts you need. The gasket set for my 1030 was $275 at the Case dealer but $212 at CarQuest. Also got sleeves and pistons there too.

Parts for the 188 Gas or Diesel engines are still available thru Case dealers. You may need to go to an Industrial dealer not an Ag dealer. The CNH web site: Link can locate dealers and identify parts numbers of the parts you want/need.
