430 case steering

I am working on a 430 case tractor with a leak at the steering cylinder. It was leaking out where the steering arm hooks onto the steering cylinder. I pulled the spool section off and re-sealed the spool. when i started it up all it wants to do is turn to the right. I turned the spool around and that didn't help. what am i missing? thanks for the help.

In order to assist you, we need to know what model of 430,,the later ag models used 2 cylinders w/ the hydrostatic steering and utility models used 1 cylinder and the early row crops used a char-lyn power assist.
