well I was in at the local radiator shop today. They had hot tanked and checked ot my LA's radiator. Seems as though it is no good. The guy in there put some test plates on it and dunked it in a tank to show me all the places that it is leaking. Its way to many to soulder. I have another core on my parts tractor so I suppose I'll check that one out. If it also proves to be no good does anybody know a good sorce for a new or used core? The local shop is quoting me $296 to have one made just like my old one. Is this a good price? Thanks for the help

Very reasonable for a new core.

I can probably save you some money on your radiator core. Talk to you later, Joe

That sounds to me like a pretty reasonable price for a new core, particularly in view of current copper @ aluminum prices.
