Are any of you guys ever come across a Case XRT disk? There is one on ebay now, #270101377929. I have one that came with my D2 citrus CAT. There is no tag on mine, and no casting marks that would lead me to believe that it is a Case. My guess is that it was made for Case by another company. I will have it out and hooked up to the CAT for the Northland Case tour next week. Come and see. DK

I have one; I paid $100.00 for it. I think they were built at the Anniston AL factory. I also think the seller of this one has entirely too high expectations as to its value.

Thanks for the info. I would be very surprised if it sells at that price also. Mine came with the D2 in full fenders, less than 4000 original hours, excellent running condition several years ago for $1000. DK

I think this same disk was listed a couple of months ago for the same starting price and didn't get any bids then either. It's a fun thing to play with once you figure out how the lift works; all I had to do to make it usable was buy a piece of chain and a small clevis to hook it to the drawbar circle.

Mine has a little different linkage to lift it. It lifts with the same chain system on the right turn, but the center of mine kinks down, and the two gangs lift up, lifting the blades out of the ground. It lifts so heavy that it will break 1/2" bolts that hold the iron that the chain hooks to the drawbar frame. It looks to me that the lift linkage on the Case is much better. Mine is painted yellow and red. I do not think mine is a Case, but I am sure it was made by the same company.
