just purchased a 1942 case sc. the engine hood has chrome on one side and the other side has part of the chrome. did this come on the 1942? or is it a 1941 hood? it is not a center exhaust. can you get the chrome anywhere. one side is in perfect condition.

VW CROME ON A CASE TOM have you got a fever. Hey thanks for all the number in the past. I belive I have some crome strips I could let go of . Let me know.

YES THE CHROME IS RIGHT FOR 1942, SOME HAS SAID THAT VOLKSWAGON USED SOME CHROME STRIOS SIMILUAR TO WHAT IS ON THE SC, TOM

Guess I must consume a large serving of CROW, as my case friend DC TOM is right. Looks like the VW crome is the best choice.Sure hope Railsback dose't read this as I will never live it dowm!!!
