Tom, the tractor I am curious about is an 812B. Not many 830's made that way! Thanks.

On the 812 there were 270 in 58 and 205 in 59. Am not aware of any factory LP 800 series standards. Not saying there's not any. I thought I seen a 700 standard LP for sale but I don't show a listing for them either.

Yes there were kits available to convert them to LP. Like the 600 and 900 Cases they had a seperate model for the LP's. These were the 610 and 910. The 810 and is just defined as a standard gas with COM. Production on these were low, 85 in58 and 50 in 59. Had first chance to buy a 810 a few years ago and passed it up. I just looked into my 800 gas manual and it has LP listed in it so the LP's must be in with the production numbers od the gas. So the same must be true with the 700 series

Thanks for the information. I need to go back and look more closely at the tractor. Does the 812 mean it's supposed to be a diesel? I haven't been able to memorize those designations.

812B is a Orchard gas with COM. A diesel would be a 802B orchard with COM. Now there is supose to be a 800 standard Diesel and a 810 Standard gas. I'm not positive but I think the difference between standard and orchard is the real wheel base. I don't know this for sure.
