Im interested in getting more cubic inches out of my case 900 diesel. I heard you can take the 377 cubic inch engine to 504 by using case 504 sleeves and 504 moline pistons. Has anyone done this, and how much trouble is it to do. I want it to have a stock appearance so I can pull it in antique classes. Thanks

504 pistons with 1030 heads will result in zero compression as both have a chamber in them

Just bore the block to fit the sleeves into it. Why use Moline pistons? I would just use Case 504 pistons and heads from a 1030 to help with the stock appearance. The later 70 series heads will flow much better, but then you"ll surely lose the stock look.
