Slow hyd on 970

Neighbor has a 970 on a loader and the other day hydraulics from tractor controls to loader got slow, he has some oil coming out of oil breather back on pto housing towards the top. Brakes and steering work fine and hyd pump is about a year old and oil is clean and at level it is suppose to be any ideas where to start looking, thanks for any replies.

check screen on pump intake to get to it remove pto unit also could be flow divider valve has foreign material if this is cause replace screen on in take I never change a pump without changing screen....... tom PS my e-mail stuck now sorry
