Any suggestions on how to get a sleeve out of a D. I have put all the presure possible on it with a puller and it won't budge.

I have packed them with ice for a few minutes while the puller is in place. Has never failed to get it moving.

Make sure you are not accidentally lapping the puller over the top ridge. If that's not the problem you can drop the pan and put a large jack under it, place a plank over the top of the block but free of the questionable cylinder and give it a whack with a large mall. If that dosn't work, pull the engine and press it out, if that dosn't work, take it out in pieces. LOL!
