430 with loader worth buying.

Looking at a 430 with case loader and oliver backhoe. Tractor overall is complete but rough and runs. Tires are 25% or less and needs paint. Any idea of value? In western Iowa. I'm thinking $1500 but never messed with the smaller utility tractors. Thanks

Nedd, Look at all the pivot pins on the backhoe for excessive wear and all the hydraulic cylinders for leakage. If these are in any kind of working condition then I would say yes if not then look around for another tractor.
