What would be a good price for a 1955 Case 400

Tractor has a koker loader with hydraulic bucket
Eagle hitch
power steering
12 volt
Gas
Good tread but weathered tires
Runs good, But sheet metal is not the best.

The owner wants $1,200 for it does this sound reasonable?

You"ll put about $800 in tires on it, which puts you up to $2000. If it"s in decent shape, it"s worth more than that without the loader. But you"ll loose every penny you put into it, because you"ll like it so much you"ll never part with it..... :)
