For those that don't know you can now go to www.caseih.com and look up your parts. It really helps out when a person doesn't have a parts book. You can look up manuals also. I haven't been into the service side of it yet to see what it has to offer. You can also go to www.newholland.com and do the same. Guess there trying to catch up with John Deere.

It's the the same program that your parts dept has - except ours weren't on the web - rather a stand alone program. By the looks of things - they even do the subs ups or replacements. Your loacl parts deptarment would become your best friend if you phoned in with the part numbers already. Overall - it looks like they're definitely in the right direction. Paul

This is fantastic. I just checked availability of a bunch of eagle hitch parts for my 1952 D and I'm amazed at how many are purportedly still available. They even show the adjusting knob for the right hand side. (Of course, a lot of these parts were the same clear up through the 800.)

Example of a order of the caseih web sight. I was also able to copy and paste it to a email so it can also be emailed.

Tom, does it show whether or not parts are actually available or not or have you tried that yet?

From what I have used it they listed some parts as retired. Not sure if it"s true with all parts. Now on true case numbers for older equipent it may show a part number discontinued but I have been able to come up with some new numbers. Will just have to play around with it.
I was having problems at home getting the picture to show. I could click it and drag it the desk top and then it would open. I"m sure it will have a few faults at first.

Hey Caseman: I can't get a catalog to come up, but I did get a window asking for billing info. Will Case drop ship parts & by-pass the dealers? Can't imagine that will go over very well.

John,
From the playing I have done once you have made your order you have to send it to the dealer of your choice. You have to order from a dealer, Case will not ship direct to the person as far as I know. I also found if your looking for parts for a Case 800B you just type in 800 and then make your choice. My problem is I don't get a full picture but I can drag it to desk top. Was there a picticular machine you were trying to look up?

At 1st I typed in Case 1665 Combine. I realize there were 2 of them, Case & Case-IH. You know which one I wanted. Then I punched in Case DC Tractor, but I still couldn't get a catalog to come up. I think it was then that I got a window asking for billing info.

John
Just type in DC or 1665 and it should come up for you. Difference between the CASE and IH will probably be defined by serial number.
