Ande,
I would estimate your sign is worth at least $1000.00. I am trying to establish a Case dealer database in conjunction with a book about Case dealers. Could you tell me where Powers Lake Hardware would be located? Thanks for your help. PS Were you a Case dealer? Don

Don, thanks for the comeback and your thoughts on the sign, guess I was thinking right in there also,Powers Lake Hardware was in Powers Lake ND, our Case dealership was in Edinburg ND. Yes I was a Case dealer also. From 1958 when my Father started it till I close this store in 1998.

I have one also. The Dealer is listed as C J Condo, Waltham Minn. Which is a very close town to me. It was in the tool shed when my friend bought the place in 1948. He moved to town 5 years ago, and called me to remind me I offered $200, and he would sell it to me before the Auction. So I paid him the $200.00 and am glad to have it. Tractors and the whole grab bag of things all have a story, that I really go after when I purchase things. Makes things all full circle. Just ask my Otto, the Case 600 diesel.

Don, you got a great deal on your sign, yes mine has the dealer Powers Lake HDW Co. and it is really fun to have it,I'm trying to get a idea of its value as I thought of insuring it with other things of value.

Don tell me more about "Otto" the 600? It sounds like you have great stories too! I had a good "600" but sold it when I had my dealerships because the time that the dealership consumed of me and also it was going to sit outside.

Thanks for your reply too!
