Is the VAC 14 generally the most sought after/valuable of the VA series(excluding probably some special VO units, etc.)?

Thanks, Glenn F.

Glenn,
In my opinion a VAC 14 is highly desirable. There are very few around and an interesting attempt by Case to modernize their existing platform. The canted steering is a little weird and no live PTO is bad, but other than that a pretty neat tractor. The VAH and VAS are definitely more collectible, but pricey. Don

Don: Thanks for the vocabulary lesson. Canted was a new one for me, but Mr. Webster helped me out. Not that I'm looking for one, but what's the difference between a VAH and a VAS? I missed seeing you at the Pickett tractor show. It was the only show I went to this year. As the day went on the weather became increasingly nasty, but some pretty neat old iron.

Glenn

Glenn,
Good to hear from you! I only made it to Rollag this fall, just too busy with work and farming and my son's last year as a football player. I just couldn't miss any of his games. Also, we moved our business to Holmgren Way in GB so I lose 2 hours to driving each day.

The VAH is a hi-crop with dropped rear axles and the VAS is a hi-crop that is offset like a Farmall Cub. They are quite hard to find and usually run about $2000 rough. There were several tractors with the canted steering wheel, MM's, Oliver 99's, and others, but that late model VAC just doesn't look right to me. Don
