i have a couple questions on this tractor. i posted a little while back about the 3 pt hitch not working when it gets all the way up. When you pull the lever all the way back and the implemetn gets up the tractor acts like it is still trying to pick it up. Someone suggested adjusting the cable and i tried that and it didnt seem to work. Any other ideas? Also i need a pto cable. I recently purchased a throttle cable from CIH and it cost $120 so i dont want to do that again. Does anyone know anywhere else i might get one cheaper. Thanks for the help

On your Oct 18th post, I agree with Turbo as to your hitch canceling problem. The piece he is talking about is probably broken and NEEDS to be fished out of rear end before it gets under a bull gear. Don"t have their # but Parts House in Galesburg Il. can make any control cable fo a fraction of OEM cost. Their area code is (309)

After it's all the way up, if you move the lever ahead some, will it stop trying to lift, & still hold the implement? There should be a moveable stop. We have 1 tractor that we have moved the stop forward to the point where the implement is all the way up, & it stops trying to lift more.

There should be 2 large adjustable "thumbnuts" on the slide quadrant. About an 1 1/4" in dia.. 1 is the lower stop & the other is an upper stop. Not there?
