My early vintage Case 1070 steering actuator"s end cap is breaking. It is the rear-most one on the left side. When split, hydro fluid is lost as is steering control. So replaced with new end cap, refilled hydro fluid and Tractor steering is restored. After about 2 hours in the field, this same end cap is split open again. Am guessing this must be due to actual impact of the hydraulic steering actuator piston against the end cap. But why just this one (of the four total) end cap is being split is curious. Any advice or suggesttions are welcomed.

Check steering stops on spindles and front axle knees.
