I got some ants in my fire wood.thats stored in a small shed, how do I kill them,some of the big black ones have wings,some dont,would moth balls work?

Was talking to an old guy over the weekend, he was talking about borax mixed with sugar. Spread it around, the sugar attracts the ants, they take it back to the colony, the borax kils them all.

I have used old oil & kero , sprayed it all over the wood pile to help kill them . As you use up the wood , keep a can of the mixture handy to get the ones you've missed .Good luck & God bless . Ken
