I posted some links several weeks ago that were supplied to me from the Caseman the link goes to a site that shows paint chips for the colors You want the red shown is the same for the case wheels and IHC red I will look around and see if I can find the links and repost them to this question Best Luck and dont forget to post pictures of the finished Tractor (also the color for the main body of the tractor seems to be a problem getting a code ,but the there are guys who are saying NNA ford grey is awful close)It seems according to legend that case Prez Mr Clausen did not want the RC project and refused to even let them paint it the same color as his beloved C and L tractor He felt it would cut into his profitable big tractor market. Boy if He only knew how big the small tractor market was going to be I bet He would have dumpt the every available resource JI Case had into that little RC project

RC grey: This is a lighter shade of gray used on the R series, prior to its restyling in 1939. NAPA 99L 11464; Dupont 87310; Ditzler DTR 32137. I do not have the paint codes for the red on the wheels of the RC, but for the L and C series wheels I have; Case B13010; Dupont 066DH; Ditzler 73252. I hope this helps.

Assuming you are referring to an unstyled RC, they were light grey with red wheels. I believe they used the same shade of red as the L and C Series.

When I painted the wheels on my L, I used IHC Red. May not be the exact shade, but looks just as good.

Then what I stated above is correct. The grey is not the same shade as the L and C Series. It is a lighter shade. I'm not certain what the actual paint code is, but if you inquire further here, I'm sure someone would know.
