Does anyone know the correct color scheme for the front rims on the VAO. All orange or orange and silver? OR?

I painted my "48 VAOs one piece wheels two-toned with silver rim. It may not be correct, but it sure looks nice. It was certainly worth all the extra time to tape off the first color to spray the second.

Hi Thomas. I don't know which wheels you have. The one piece wheels are one color, flambeau red. The two piece wheels, with the demountable rims like the VAC, are flambeau red on the centers and silver on the rims. Hope this helps, good luck. Charley.

I haven't seen any VAOs with the 2-piece wheels....VAC adj. WF, VAH, yes. VAC non-adj. front tractors had either but could have been special ordered.

GO TO LEFT TO GALLERIES, THEN TRACTOR PHOTOS, THEN DO SEARCH AND PUT IN VAO CASE AND LOOK AT 15 TRACTORS AND SEE THE COLORS.
I HAVE A VAS AND THE RIMS ARE METLLIC GRAY, TRACTOR FLAMBO RED, LIGHTS, STARTER, GENERATOR, EXHAUST MANIFOLD ARE BLACK, GOOD LUCK
